Este es un proyecto con múltiples idas y venidas de conexiones y significancias entre la arquitectura, el objeto, el cuerpo y los materiales; teniendo su columna vertebral en la observación de las piedras, concretamente en los bezoares y sus imaginarios colindantes como elementos desencadenantes de convicciones y creencias. Todo esto pasa por el filtro de una temporalidad creadora desnaturalizada o anormal, situándose en dos realidades clave: el interior y el exterior de los cuerpos. Un viaje entre verdades pasadas y certezas presentes.
Pintor ha tenido palabras de agradecimiento hacia la Junta de Andalucía “por continuar apostando por la Cultura en Algeciras, pues esta sinergia entre el gobierno regional y municipal nos permitirá continuar abriendo nuestra ciudad a destacados artistas de nivel andaluz, como es el caso de Eduardo Rodríguez”.
Para finalizar, la edil ha recordado que además de la inauguración de esta exposición, la programación cultural contará ese mismo miércoles con una nueva sesión del ciclo gratuito de cine de verano en la playa de Getares, donde será proyectada a las diez de la noche la película “Manou”; mientras que el viernes, a las ocho de la tarde, en la sala de exposiciones CajaSur, abrirá al público la muestra de F. Javier Antolín Serrano, que lleva por título “El rincón de Camille”.
