El delegado de Playas, Ángel Martínez, ha querido informar de las últimas actuaciones que desde la delegación que él dirige se han llevado a cabo en la playa de La Concha.
Así las cosas, se han instalado en la zona cinco mesas picnic, con sus respectivas sombrillas, para “el uso y disfrute de cualquier vecino que quiera pasar un momento agradable en un entorno en el que estamos llevando a cabo un trabajo importante”.
Por otra parte, el edil, quiso destacar las labores que se están realizando en el “adecentamiento de la bajada desde el Paseo de la Cornisa hasta el mismo Paseo de La Concha”, así como “los trabajos de poda que se han efectuado en el palmeral de la playa y el desbroce de las escolleras situadas en la misma. Todo ello para que la imagen de esta playa esté a la altura de los servicios que atesora”.
La zona más amigable con los perros algecireños, como es la playa canina, “ya está funcionando con todos sus servicios”, indicó Martínez, antes de añadir que “cabe destacar que la playa de La Concha es una de las dos únicas existentes en toda la provincia de Cádiz que aceptan la entrada de perros, siendo Algeciras una de las ciudades andaluzas con más canes censados sería imprudente mirar hacia otro lado”.
Para finalizar, el delegado, tuvo a bien poner en valor todos los trabajos “que se están realizando y se van a llevar a cabo de cara a la celebración de la Virgen del Carmen, una festividad muy importante para nuestra ciudad y en la que nuestras playas, en este caso El Rinconcillo y La Concha, responderá a todo lo que los vecinos esperan de ellas”.
