CSIF ha remitido un escrito a la Delegación territorial de la Consejería de Justicia en Cádiz para exigir una solución “inmediata a la situación inadmisible que sufren los funcionarios del Juzgado de Violencia sobre la Mujer de Algeciras”. Tal y como denuncia el sindicato, los funcionarios están realizando jornadas “extenuantes y sin compensación alguna”, entrando a primera hora de la mañana, para luego salir a las ocho o nueve de la tarde, e incluso, llegando algunos días a terminar a las diez y media de la noche.
Evidentemente esta situación afecta al servicio que se ofrece a la ciudadanía en un asunto tan delicado como es la violencia sobre la mujer. Para CSIF, “no es de recibo que se puedan resolver y practicar diligencias por videoconferencia mientras que las víctimas, familiares, testigos, detenidos, abogados y fuerzas de seguridad deben soportar que las jornadas se prolonguen durante todo el día, permaneciendo todo este tiempo en el juzgado, al igual que los propios funcionarios, que no pueden salir del edificio ni tan siquiera para comer”. Esto es una falta de sensibilidad hacia las víctimas y familiares y una falta de respeto hacia los operadores jurídicos.
CSIF achaca esta situación a una falta de diligencia del órgano resolutorio, que ocasiona, a juicio del sindicato, retrasos injustificados, provocando que los funcionarios permanezcan a en su puesto sin una adecuada organización por parte de la Delegación territorial de Justicia.
Por todo esto, el sindicato considera que es urgente el establecimiento y regulación de un servicio de guardia, que permita prestar eficazmente este servicio y que evite estas jornadas maratonianas de hasta 14 horas ininterrumpidas.
Por otro lado, CSIF va a pedir urgentemente un informe a la Unidad de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales sobre los efectos psicosociales de este tipo de jornadas, para luego, denunciarlo ante la Inspección de Trabajo.
Toda esta situación ha provocado que los funcionarios inicialmente allí destinados, con mucha experiencia y años de servicio, decidiesen marcharse a otros destinos, y en la actualidad el servicio funciona gracias a la profesionalidad, esfuerzo y dedicación de los funcionarios actualmente destinados allí, aun siendo personal eventual.
Asimismo, desde el sector de Justicia de CSIF Cádiz se insta al Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía (TSJA) para “que el mismo interés que puso para comarcalizar la violencia sobre la mujer en el campo de Gibraltar lo ponga ahora para dar una solución urgente a esta caótica situación que lleva sufriéndose durante meses y que ya es insostenible”
